Bug on titler usinf blur effect

Bug on titler usinf blur effect

When I create a new title on Kdenlive 0.7.8 and apply an blur effect, text is not showed on project monitor nor clip monitor.

Yup, this feature is not properly implemented yet.
I wonder why it is available in the drop down.
