Dear Friends,
I shot the image of a garden during a day, resulting in 300 images.
Now, I would like to make a short movie.
Two remarks:
 kdenlive takes a long time to load the images.
Is the dialog creating the movie "on-the-fly"?
Is it an MLT issue?
My images are very large, shot with a Nikon, 5000x3000 approx.
 In my case, I would like to display 12 images per second, to display clouds moving fast in the sky.
Kdenlive dialog does not reflect this feature, as you need to divide 100/12, which is tedious.
I would prefer a more simple dialog, where I simply say 'display 12 images from my camera per second of movie'.
Otherwize, I like this feature ... because it exists and works well.
Kind regards,
Jean-Michel

Dear JB,
I only read your message now, I played with the feature until now.
Well, it is now clear that format is hh:mm:ss:ff
This is exactly the feature needed ...
It would be better if displaying "hh:mm:ss:ff" to clarify.
Otherwise, in term of speed, displaying the dialog is really too slow.
I plan to shoot cities (skyline) during a day for a documentary, I can hardly wait 20 minutes in front of kdenlive for the dialog to appear. ;)
Except speed, this feature is really *** neat ***
Have a good sleep and thank you for your hard work and help!
Kind regards,
Jean-Michel
