Hey Jan,
from all the flickering going on I guess you used the Composite transition for the movements of logos and pictures? For such things "Pan and Zoom" (effect) or the Affine transition should provide much better quality.

There are used lot of effects and different transitions. Origanl video was very bad quality, because lighting was very bad in this room. Audio is edited separately in Audasity and added in last.
