Hi, I installed kdenlive just a couple of weeks ago, and I must admit I'm loving it! (Besides the obligatory crash every now and then... but the automatic backup file makes that much better!)
Anyways, I'm kind of stuck with version 0.7.4 on my Fedora 11 x86_64 machine... And I was wondering if there are any plans of releasing a nicely packaged rpm to the RPM Fusion repository for my distro & architecture... If not... Then I'll have to head onto the building section and try to do it myself, I just don't want to mess up my KDE4 install (more than it already is, of course!). And I'm still rather new to this building stuff (I had to build Audacity to get the latest version, piece of cake, but the application icon was not registered on the Kickoff menu, and that is just sad).
In any case, cheers, and thanks for such a great software!

Thank you Grof!
The other day I launched kdenlive and noticed it was not starting (error with MLT), checking my yum log I found out that it was updated to 0.7.5 (yay!). And after running it by mistake with my root user I supposed it had to be either an issue with permissions or configurations. I deleted the config files you mention (~/.kde/share/config/kdenliverc) and voila, I got it working again!
I just logged in to report this to the forums, but I see this issue has already been addressed, that's great!
In any case, thank you very much for the updated RPM! Do you think you'll have the time to take care of 0.7.6 when it comes out? Or do you need some kind of help with that?
Cheers,
Fede.
