Hello. Sry for bad english. I have a big problem in Kdenlive i can't resolve. In my preview window (video src: Canon 7d 1920x1080/25) i have white pixel noise on black place. I think it was a sign that this field is to black but after render this noise dont desapear. Please Help me I can't find resolve.

I try other files like 'avi' but thouse white dots are visible only on black fileds on 'mov' files from Canon 7D
White dots are also visible on Kino in KDE on fedora 12.
Are they also visible in ffplay?
(test in terminal "ffplay file.end")
I'm getting this exact same problem too. All the dark areas are getting the exact same white noise in preview and render.
ffplay does NOT show the noise.

I got the same white noise problem with dv files. White noise appears in clip / project monitor, and also in files rendered by kdenlive.
I think it's not related to my camera since I noticed the same noise when importing dv files rendered from cinelerra.
ffplay and mplayer can play those files without the white noise.

I had this problem too on OpenShot... it's a problem in MLT that has been fixed in the latest commit :)
Get MLT v0.5.5 and this problem will go away. Please see this OpenShot bug report (I raised this, but there is instructions later on how to get the latest MLT): https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/571954
