Sound in Projectmonitor but not in rendered video

Hello

I did a project which consist of two video clips (1080p h264 mov stereo) some title and a other video clip (xvid avi mono). I used the composite transition to have a pip effect. This works good with the two videos from the same source, but in the moment i use the mono video clip in the composite transition the final video contains only the sound from that clip. The sound from the stereo video is no included in the rendered video but it is played in the projectmonitor.

I hope I made my problem understandable. And someone can help me.

EDIT: I tried to fix the issue by disabling sound for the mono video, adding a mono to stereo effect, but no luck.
I also didn't mentioned that the xvid clip is 25FPS and the mov video clip is 29.97 as the project too.

In the Render dialog you can select whether to export audio or not. Did you check it?

Yes audio export is enabled. Sorry maybe I explained that not correctly. The final video hath sound until I used the composit transition. Please chack the youtube video. There you can see my problem.

I just tried to reproduce it similar to yours using a title clip on track V1, video with mono on track V2, background video with stereo on track V3, empty track on V4, and composites between 1&2 and 2&3. For me it works in both monitor and after rendered. It is possible we fixed something (as a dev, I am using latest version, of course), but I am not aware of anything specifically off the top of my head.

I just had the same problem and it happened to me when the title clip contained an image.

PS! since this is my first post just want to say thanks for a grate peace of software :)

Hi,
my first post too ;)

Same problem: title clip with image, no 2nd track sound in the final rendered video (but the sound is present if i play the project via monitor). If I remove the image from the title clip the sound is encoded.

Kdenlive 0.8 on Ubuntu 10.10
