I need to edit some videos as quick as possible, but I'm using 11.10... and it seems that there is no way to make it work :(
I already tried the way provided officially in the site but it still not for this version, the experimental repository as so !
if some in here have already a way to make it work please share ;) thanks in advance ...

kdenlive svn from sunabs repository works well on Ubuntu 11.10.

Try deleting the kdenliverc file in your home directory/.kde/share/config I think thats the path alternately you could do a file search for it.
Too bad to say : no !
I tried it but kdenlive disappear after the preferences dialog !
