0001016: DNxHD transcoding offering is PAL-only

Description

The app's DNxHD transcoding menu item only does PAL by default. Most NTSC users would never notice that they wasted a transcoding process to an intermediate codec in PAL! I noticed by accident myself, because it was just not obvious. You should offer both versions, clearly mentioned which one is which.
