0001027: GEGL support in MLT

Description

Dear friends,

When playing with GIMP, I discovered a generic manipulation library called GEGL:
http://www.gegl.org/ [^]

The list of effects is available here:
http://www.gegl.org/operations.html [^]

It could be interesting to support integration of GEGL into MLT. This would probably rock to share some colour and image correction low-level libraries with Gimp.

Also, these libraries are very fast and probably allow display.
