Summary0001093: effects list keeps multiplying custom effects each time i save effect settings
DescriptionExample:
1- apply and select crop to a clip
2- edit crop settings in the effect stack
3- save crop settings as a new name (eg. cropclip1)

This results in multiple custom effects names in the effect list. Do this more than once it gets crazy with the number of custom effects.
