Summary

0001155: cannot drag&drop from clip-monitor to track 0 directly

Description

steps to reproduce:

1. create a new project (3 video tracks, 2 audio tracks)
2. add 4 video clips to project tree
3. select a first clip in project tree
4. drag&drop a clip zone from clip-monitor to track 0 (position 0)
5. select second clip in project tree
6. drag&drop a clip zone from clip-monitor to track 0 (directly next to clip 1)
7. select third clip in project tree
8. drag&drop a clip zone from clip-monitor to track 0 (directly next to clip 2)
9. select fourth clip in project tree
10. try to drag&drop a clip zone from clip-monitor to track 0 (directly next to clip 3)

here you will see that drag&drop will just work if you move the mouse cursor to track 1 and than to track 0 again. drag&drop to track 0 will not work.

the problem also occours in different ways on bigger projects (sometimes drag&drop to track 0 and 1 will not work before you move the mouse to track 2)
