0001166: rotate and shear ... bad quality

Description

When adding the effect 'rotate and shear' to an clip the quality in preview window shows blocky pixels ( also in rendered video ). It looks like the resolution is halfed. To test this add the effect and switch on/off the effect. My version is todays svn (mlt, freiOr, kdenlive). Video is DV, PAL, Widescreen.
