0001167: saved project (*.kdenlive) xml files use absolute path names to identify clips

Description

The xml project files embed absolute file names to identify clip sources.

Offer the user the ability to specify a root for relative paths.

This would enable moving a project to a different system where the build tree is consistent but loaded from a distinct root directory.
