0001183: Reload of a project not complete

Description

Hi,

this is not a real bug I think, but would be some fine polishing ;)

Actually the last state of the project seems not fully re-established, but it would be nice to really resume from the last state.

What I've noticed so far is:

- the clip and project monitor seems not initialized after reloading a project, respectively are just black.
- both timecode displays showing just 00:00:00:00
- the last selected clip/transition in timeline is no longer selected
