0001188: FR: Adjust duration of speed effect

Description

Hi,

actually in my project I wanted to use the speed effect, but I need it for a specific/fixed duration, e.g. 5 seconds, or to fit in a specific gap, when the clip is between two other clips.

My first thought was to adjust the right edge, but doing this is changing the crop end, but I need to keep crop start and crop end

Could this be made possible in some way like a duration input box in the 'effect stack' or by just dragging an edge of a clip?
