| Summary | 0001221: Persistent Audio distortion during preview after stuttering |
| Description | When preview playback stutters (computer can't keep up), audio develops persistent distortion that remains even once playback resumes normally again. Pausing and then restarting preview playback fixes audio playback until next "stutter". |
| Additional Information | Currently running audio through ASLA (I believe) using an Creative X-Fi card. I realize this card is newly supported in Karmic (9.10), so it might have something to do with the driver. Using the built in Intel sound card I never had any trouble. I'm not sure if latency setup has anything to do with this.
My current workaround is to set my audio to play through my Intel sound driver for Kdenlive only (still using ASLA).
Installed via the launchpad repo. |
