Summary0001257: Zoom and Rotate menus enabled at inappropriate time
DescriptionWhen creating a new Title clip, the Zoom and Rotate menus in the dialog are initially enabled. Clicking on those enabled menus change the corresponding values but that has no visual effect since not text or rectangles have been created yet. That confused me for a while.

The correct behavior should be for those two menus to be disabled until text or a rectangle are created and have the mouse focus. Or alternatively, apply the values in those menus to newly created text or rectangle. Right now when new text or rectangle are created the values are automatically set to 100% zoom and 0 rotation.
Steps To Reproduce1- Select Project -> Add Title Clip. Note the Zoom and Rotate menus are enabled in the newly displayed dialog window even though no text or rectangle have been created yet.
Additional InformationAlso note the rotation angle seems counterintuitive. I expected positive angles to rotate counterclockwise as per standard trigonometry convention.

I meant to write Zoom and Rotate controls, they aren't really menus.

That's true that it is not logical. But it's a minor issue.

When creating a title clip, zoom and rotate should be disabled and then enabled when clicking to create the text box.

Moreover, when creating a second text box, the zoom and rotate tool is disabled. I had to finish writting the text, then unselect the text box, reselect it and then the zoom and rotate becomes available.

Thanks ptitmain for reviving this issue. Should be fixed in git now.

You're welcome :)

I will test this later...
