0001297: Open File dialogues (titler) are not refreshed.

Description

Reproduce:
* Open titler, save the title into a file
* Press «Open Title». Where is it? Nowhere until you click into the file window and hit F5 (you NEED to click into the window, no effect otherwise).

I'm getting bored of Qt/kde bugs. I bet this also is one.
