0001302: It would be nice to have an effect-channel/track, which is key-framable, and applyable to the "master"-video-out

Description

In kdenlives current state it is hard to apply multiple effects to multiple clips. And also to start/stop them somewhere in the middle. A separate track would solve this issue. Perhaps one could collect more ideas how to implement such a feature.
