| Summary | 0001321: changing project fps from 30 to 60 corrupted transitions |
| Description | Changed project settings from p30 to p60. After rendering noticed that many clip are no longer aligned and have additional black frames. Also some transitions like
fade to black seem not to work. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Edit p30 and p60 clips in a p30 project. Change project to p60. |

Here's the project after changing to p60 and applying some color transformations:

Trying to change some clip endings resulted in clip lenght going from 20 seconds to a few frames, and errors in moving, changing and removing it on timeline.
