Summary

0001324: Effects: Undo works incorrectly with speed effect

Description

Undoing a slow speed effect can result in wrong clip length.

Steps To Reproduce

Put clip # 1 on timeline
Put clip # 2 on timeline directly against right side of clip # 1 on same track
Add speed effect to clip # 1 and set it to anything below 100%
Undo > Clip # 1 is now shorter than it was before

Additional Information

Tested with dv and mpg files.
