0001366: Insert rectangle in the title clip mode does not always work

Description

Creating a rectangle while in the "Add Title Clip" mode does not always work the first time. You have to do it several times before it works. It is very erratic. Sometimes it will not work and will leave behind a tiny remnant of a rectangle; This needs to be deleted otherwise it will show in the rendering. Other times it will work the first time.

Steps To Reproduce

Enter "Add Title Clip" mode and try to create a rectangle with the "Add Rectangle" button. Sometimes it will not work and other times it will.
