0001377: Pixel Aspect Ration problem with PAL 4/3 clips

Description

The problem looks very much like issue 245.
The clips appear with black vertical bars on the left and on the right in the clip and in the project monitors (DV/DVD 4/3 profile), and the image is slightly squeezed.
I didn't look at 16/9 clips, only at 4/3 clips.
Kdenlive seems not to see the 16/15 pixel aspect info in DV 4/3 clips.
Or maybe this info was not written in the file.
Kdenlive was used for video acquisition (avi2).
Clip properties: pixel format is 1.0000
If I force pixel aspect to 1.07, everything is fine.

ffmpeg gives:
