Summary0001380: freeze after freezes at wrong spot
Descriptionwhen freeze after effect is applied on a clip, in most cases it does not freeze at that point, but at a random time before. In my case if a freeze after is applied at 27.02 secs into a clip, the freeze is seen to happen at about 19secs instead, in project monitor as well as rendered output

Additional InformationThis problem is in 0.7.6 / mtl 0.4.6 as well as today's svn build of mlt.
