0001403: Effects: Disabled effect gets deleted on saving project

Description

When disabling an effect in the effect stack, it doesn't get saved with the project. After reopening the project the effect is gone from the clip's effect stack.

Steps To Reproduce

Place clip on timeline
Add video/audio effect
Disable effect in the effect stack
Save project
Exit Kdenlive
Open Kdenlive
Reopen project
> The effect is gone from effect stack

(0004604) j-b-m (administrator) 2010-02-02 00:45	Great: when thinking about this known issue, I just discovered that MLT had an easy way to handle disabled effects, so now this issue should be solved in kdenlive's latest svn (rev. 4272). feedback welcome
