| Summary | 0001486: Export silently fails to render video. | ||||||||||||
| Description | I'm using kdenlive from the official Debian testing repository. Also ffmpeg is form this repository and it has only a few codecs enabled (I assume this is a Debian policy). I'd like to see only rendering profiles whitch I can actually use, but this is a wish. The bug is the incorrect behavior, because the export process completes without any error message. I expect everything to be ok, but when I play the resulting video only the audio channel is saved. I expect to get some kind of warning like "Codec not available" before the rendering starts. | ||||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Use ffmpeg with some codec disabled. Export using a disabled codec. The export process silently fails. | ||||||||||||
