Summary0001514: kdenlive does not detect or import timecode of video clips.
DescriptionThis is a major feature missing from kdenlive. It is important for the editing software to recognize and read timecode of imported clips for any kind of professional editing.

Clip timecode should consist of a Start, End, and Duration. The timecode should be displayed at the clip's native frame rate, and if it is an NTSC clip, it should be displayed in drop frame format if it is a drop frame clip. When the clip's timecode cannot be detected should it be displayed with a default start timecode value of 00:00:00:00.

Timecode values should be available as a column in the bin, and the clips should also be displayed with frame accurate timecode when played in the source viewer.
