0001751: Add "audio panning" feature ?

Description

Would it be possible to add an audio panning box to audio tracks ?
At least for mono recordings, it is indispensable for prosumers who use post-recorded dialogs. It can be inspired from a similar feature of Cinelerra: http://cinelerra.org/docs/split_manual_en/cinelerra_cv_manual_en_7.html#SEC110 [^]
