Implemented in svn rev. 4915, let me know if it suits you (it's a very basic text edit currently - but has undo in context menu)... |

Yes, perfect, thank you! I thought about adding clickable timecodes. Like you write 03:14 in the text box and then click on it, and the cursor jumps to 03:14 in the timeline. But this is rather a hack ... Perhaps some kind of «annotation guides» that are like guidelines but * cannot be selected in the rendering dialog * perhaps don't snap in * contain a longer description * can be moved with the spacer tool (I'm thinking of annotations as a way of adding TODO comments in a video, like when watching rendered output I often find something that is not perfect yet.) Then the description of these annotations could be shown in a second section of the Notes widget or even in a new one ... |
