0001826: Audio track muted by a video clip

Description

Sometimes in my big project the audio track goes silent if a video clip on a track above it contains audio or is muted.

Project contains five video tracks and a audio track. One video track is used as the second audio track. Audiotracks contain a metronome wav and a drum machine wav.
Sometimes I need to render the project with only metronome track and sometimes with both tracks and due to some bug the metronome track sometimes goes silent due to a video clip above it.

In the attached screen shot the audio track is silent due to the clip above it having
non-muted audio. The video clip contains six channels according to ffmpeg -i, maybe that's part of the problem:

Tried to reproduce on a clean project but failed.
