0001872: Categorise and organise effects

Description

There should be Categories and some clearer names for the effects... I'm getting effects with names like C0rners and R, G, B (different names).
There should also be some mouse-tooltip-text over the effects.

(0006026) LeHomard (developer) 2010-11-10 10:51	Effects are already in categories, what other organisation (or what other categories) do you have in mind ? Concerning the effect names, indeed they aren't always clear enough, but if you click on an effect you have a little information text at the bottom of the effect list.

(0006029) rubdos (reporter) 2010-11-10 20:26	If I right click on a clip in the timeline, there's Add Video Effect. In that menu are all effects, uncategorized. I would think about a good organisation, but I'm not good at it. Just telling you that finding the right effect isn't always that easy... And what do you mean getting a description when clicking a effect? Don't find it.
