| Summary | 0001877: 32bit program runs out of memory, then crashes. |
| Description | When running a 32bit compiled binary of Kdenlive, and loading a huge project, it slowly keeps on loading the clips until the program uses 3GB or ram, then it crashes. The computer has 8GB of ram installed, but I am aware of a 3GB per program limit of 32bit architecture.
Still, kdenlive should just refuse to load the next clip, rather than crash. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Open Kdenlive.
Load 300 DNxHD clips of average 20s each.
|
| Additional Information | Kdenlive compiled from sources with gcc 4.4.4
