0001882: Effects added to tracks cannot be edited.

Description

Once an effect (say White Balance) is added to a track and the project is saved, the effect becomes a permanent part of the track and can not be edited. Attempts to edit the White Balance in a reopened project just produce error bells, with no change in the effect.

Steps To Reproduce

Open a new project.
Import a clip.
Place the clip on the time line.
Choose its track.
Add White Balance.
Save the project.
Delete the effect.
Close Kdenlive.
Reopen Kdenlive.
Examine the track.

Additional Information

Once the effect is attached to the track, it cannot be removed or edited. If the clip is moved to a second video track, it reverts to normal. Apparently, attaching the effect to a track rather than to a clip can neither be undone or edited.
