0001905: playing a video takes all / allot of cpu resources

Description

I got an mp4 video out of YouTube. (h264+AAC) 1 min long

When i add it to the time line and play it, it uses 85% of the cpu
if i play it outside of Kdenlive, with mplayer (or vlc) it takes 21% cpu

it plays smoothly inside Kdenlive but it takes allot of cpu power
and that is without any effects, transitions, more video tracks.
just one video track.

is that ok?

download a video from youtube
add it to the video track
play it
