Summary0001926: Generated render scripts UTF8 filename problems
DescriptionWhen you prepare a rendering and generate a render script.
If the target filename contains special caracters (accents in
french for example) the generated script contains the valid filename
but when you start Kdenlive to check the scripts, the filename are buggy.

If you start rendering, the encoding loops forever producing en empty file...
