0001931: No 16:9 menus in DVD wizard

Description

I have rendered my video fine and it is in 16:9 format. If I use the DVD Wizard to create an ISO with no menu and burn it it plays in 16:9 just fine. However if I want a menu created by the Wizard it is always in 4:3 format.

Create a menu for DVD in DVD wizard

Additional Information

Another contributor (ttill) confirmed from a look at the code that the 4:3 format is hard coded in the source.

I remember that I did not implement 16:9 menus because I read somewhere that they were not really supported by dvdauthor, because the menu positions were not correctly scaled or something like that. However that might be fixed now in dvdauthor, so might be possible to fix this...
