0002022: Rendering project with sub-project containing proxy clips always uses the proxy clips

Description

I've got project A where I'm using proxy clips, to speed up editing, and project B where I include project A.

For A in B I cannot (de-)activate the proxy clips. It always uses the proxys (at least when enabled in A itself), even when rendering.

My thoughts:

Rendering: For a quick test it is very helpful (since ways faster) if the proxy clips could be used. A checkbox («use proxy clips if available») would be nice.

Sub-Projects:
* Either generate a proxy clip of the imported project (which could possibly take a while, but with the benefit of increased speed when editing)
* Or allow the user to enable or disable all proxy clips that are used in the sub-project (and sub-sub-project ...). I.e. if I have generated a proxy clip in project A, then the checkbox controls whether this proxy clip or the original will be used.
* If a sub-project uses proxy clips (in this case A), then one should be able to enable or disable them in the context menu in the Project Tree.
