0002028: Proxy clips remain unused when adding clips to the timeline at the wrong moment

Description

I'm not sure anymore what exactly I did, but it was more or less:
1. Select three clips in the Project Tree
2. Chose «Proxy clip» in the context menu
3. Drag them to the timeline right after clicking (proxy clips still had to be generated)

The difference between immediate response on seeking (proxies) and about one second lag (original H.264) was so obvious ;)
Interestingly I could afterwards (after the proxies have been generated) add the same clip again one track above, and seeking worked fine (i.e. the proxy was used). Removed it, again lag.
