0002043: spacer tool should shift guides too

Description

guides are generally used to mark locations on the audio/video tracks, and when using the spacer tool, all these locations get shifted, but the guides stay in their original spot, rendering these guides useless, requiring the user to move them all manually or delete these and make new guides.
