Summary0002096: extracting frame should use the source clip instead of proxy
DescriptionWhen using proxies for videos, creating a static frame ('extract frame') uses the proxy video as a source, rather than the full quality source material.
Steps To Reproduceadd a video to a project, create a proxy video for it, create a static frame out of the footage. The low quality proxy video is used to create the still frame instead of the source.
