Summary0002204: video only works on first track in project with proxy enabled
DescriptionIn a project created with the proxy setting enabled video clips only work on the top most track. It does not matter if the clip itself has a proxy or not.
On other tracks only the first frame is shown all the time. The 'out' property of the MLT producer is 0. The problem persists even if later on proxies are globally disabled in the project settings.
If the proxy setting was unchecked while creating the project video works on all tracks.
