| Description | Opening the stop motion utility crashes the program. I'm not sure if this is just with sunab ppa, or just with ubuntu 11.04, i have no other system to test on. But 2 computers with 11.04 sunab ppa setups had the same result. | ||||||||||||

i have installed on a new macbook pro system, and do not encounter the crash. same OS ppa setup. I think that it must be related to the "Bison cam" webcam or some hardware incompatibility on my other computers. |

I would be interested to see a backtrace for the bug so that at least we don't crash with unsupported webcam. Could you attach a backtrace here please? Instructions from Kdenlive's web site: ( http://kdenlive.org/bug-reports [^] ) If the bug crashes Kdenlive, provide a backtrace: From a terminal, type: gdb kdenlive run Kdenlive will start, then you can trigger the bug. When Kdenlive crashes, go to your terminal window and type: thread apply all bt Then press enter until you see the full data. Copy the log to a file and attach it to the bug report |
