0002238: Pan & Zoom truncates Title Clip text at Screen Width (less than text width)

Description

Attempting to use Pan & Zoom to scroll text horizontally across screen in `ticker-tape' style:

text in Title clip is 1687x72
project + clips are 720x576 (DV Widescreen PAL)

Scrolling works fine, but the text is truncated at screen parameters. Thus, less than half the text is there to be scrolled.

If `Options | Adjust to original size' is chosen, the yellow-box overlay shrinks to 1 pixel wide.

Steps To Reproduce

1 drop in a clip in timeline
2 create Title Clip with text at greater than clip width
3 drop Title Clip in timeline
4 apply Pan & Zoom effect
5 have spirits deflate on yet another bug

(0007164) ttill (developer) 2011-08-10 10:23	For such things the start/end animation available in the title editor should be used.

(0007165) ttill (developer) 2011-08-10 10:53	the 'adjust to original size' and 'fit width/height' options should be fixed for title clips in r5827.
