0002258: Improve "guide"/"markers" label display

Description

The guide labels are hard to read, as they overlap easily. A couple of possible improvements:

Rotate the text 90 degrees (so that you'd have to tilt your head left to read it the right way up). A possible con of this approach is that you may have to turn comments off again in order to manipulate small clips near markers.

Add a track to the timeline just for markers. This track would be 3 or 4 times taller than the marker font, so rather than overlapping the markers would be one above another.

(By the way, the terminology seems to be muddled: you "Add Guide", but "Show markers comments").
