 Should be fixed in current git. In fact I am the one who broke it sorry... I made a change in render.cpp to send images in rgb, since it seemed to me that the alpha channel was irrelevant for color scopes, making it handle smaller amounts of data. But the vectorscope was expecting rgba which caused the duplication you noticed.
