0002512: Zone bar in Timeline is not updated correctly sometimes

Description

In a bigger Project, when I imported it from Kdenlive 8.2.1 to recent git version, the zone range bar between in- and outpoint above the timeline is not updated correctly. Dragging the in- or outpoint will have no visible effect. At first i thought i hadn´t pressed the mouse button ;) Only scubbing the timeline cursor over the area where the zone bar should be will show it.
This happened some time ago on past projects, so not really a new issue, but I haven´ t reported it yet for some reason...
