| Summary | 0002565: Long (4h) .ts clip has audio amplitude go to zero in kdenlive after 1-2h timepoint |
| Description | A 4h:44min TS-format video clip plays fine, full audio, in mplayer, but audio amplitude in kdenlive goes to zero after about 1 to 2 hours, and remains silent through the rest of the clip. Moving to timeline shows audio amplitude at zero after about that time. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Get a 4+ hour long ts file with good audio outside kdenlive, add it to kdenlive as a clip, play a segment at the end, play a segment at the beginning, observe no audio at end, good audio at the beginning. Points in between may or may not have good audio.
Move the clip to the timeline, separate the audio, observe the audio waveform envelope go to zero amplitude during 1-2h segment, or by the end of the clip. |
| Additional Information | I'm new to kdenlive--please feel free to let me know if this is a settings problem or is otherwise easy to fix in the UI. |
