Summary0002575: An animated effect without keyframe at inpoint will have neutral values before first keyframe
DescriptionIf an effect has keyframes, but the first is not at the clip's in-point, before the first keyframe the effect has it's standard values.

This does not make much sense and it would be better if the effect would get the values of the first keyframe before the first keyframe like most other NLEs do it.
