0002618: Typewriter effect doesn't work

Description

When the typewriter in affected to a text block in the title editor, it doesn't work in the clip/project preview and at rendering time. Only a part of the first letter of the text block appears in the clip/project preview and nothing at rendering time.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a Title clip
2. Add a Text block with a text
3. Select Typewriter effect with default value
4. Preview the clip with the "Clip Monitor" : Only a part of the first letter is visible

(0008102) fcoiffie (reporter) 2012-05-30 20:00	This issue can be closed : in fact, the problem wasn't due to the title rendering but to the composite effect (I will create another issue when I will be able to clearly reproduce it). The only small bug about title + typewriter is that it is not always correctly rendered in the preview of the project monitor.
