| Summary | 0002657: .vob rendering uses excessive RAM | ||||||||||||
| Description | Rendering a clip as .vob ( PAL rendering, 16:9 ) the clip renders normally, then towards the end, RAM usage suddenly shoots up, grinding my system to a halt. I have 4GB of RAM installed, and 4GB of swap space. | ||||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Load a clip into the timeline. Hit render select one of the dvd profiles hit render wait. | ||||||||||||
| Additional Information | Raw footage is 1920x1080p 50fps from Panasonic TM900. I had to select "show all profiles" to see the DVD profiles. | ||||||||||||
